Cross light images

Hi, I’m Kevin Allen, a nature and wildlife photographer based here in Alberta. I spend a lot of my time outdoors, usually with a camera in hand, capturing the moments and animals that make this province such an amazing place to live. Birds have always been a big focus for me—waxwings, magpies, grackles, catbirds—anything that will sit still long enough for me to get the shot. But I also love photographing deer, moose, and whatever else crosses my path.

My photography brand, Cross Light Images, is really just an extension of my passion for being outside and sharing what I see. I enjoy taking natural, honest photos—nothing staged, nothing forced—just real wildlife in real moments.

I’ve also turned a lot of my photos into books, coloring books, and other projects you can find on Amazon. Creating those has been a fun way to share my love of Alberta’s wildlife with others, whether they enjoy the photos themselves or want something creative to work on.
